About Mark Phelan

I am an experienced sales and business professional with knowledge spanning across a number of industries. With 14 years experience in the oil industry I have continuously developed my skills base, specialising in the areas of sales development, customer service, marketing and staff management. I have considerable sales and key account management experience. I currently manage a team of 65 sales/customer service staff and delivery drivers across 6 business units in the north east; from Dublin to Dundalk across to Westmeath. Working with the team, we continually exceed our budgeted sales targets and P&L's. I work closely with all senior management to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to in relation to health and safety, operations, finance and credit control. I have experience in change management having been involved in successfully integrating businesses and staff through acquisitions.
