ILM Level 7 Qualified Executive Coach and MentorMulti-hyphen, creative, outdoor enthusiast with a broad range of skills and abilities. Qualified in Post Compulsory Education and Training, and an Honours Degree in Creative Music and Music Technology.My diverse skillset includes many years working in the entertainments industry in roles as varied as DJ, Sound Engineer, Theatre Technician and Events Manager.This creative skill set had been combined with working in the Educational and Corporate IT realm, developing into a creative and critical thinking ability that allows me to see problems and challenges from multiple angles.Developing websites for a range of clients, focused within the creative industries ranging from bands to self employed crafters, allowed me to further combine my technical and creative skills. This offered these clients my unique understanding of the creative world, combined with my technical support and development.As a lifelong learner, I have built on these skills with further education and training both in digital marketing and surrounding skills, and also into mental health, advice and counselling. These new skills help to round out my abilities, providing a pathway of creative and technical expertise combined with coaching and a people centred approach.The move to develop an entrepreneurial venture in design has allowed these skills to be honed further, as does the expansion into coaching and small business support. This includes voluntary mentoring small businesses as part of the government’s Help to Grow scheme and voluntary mental health support for the SHOUT service.Each new skill or ability develops a new spoke on an ever growing holistic wheel, and provides a deeper connection to the creative and outdoor community I am part of.My free time is spent with a mix of family, growing my own produce, hiking and bushcraft, and many other outdoor activities. My interest in self sufficiency and nature providing a balance against my technical and digital life.
