About Mark Platt

Never judge a book by its cover – that statement is especially true when it comes to me… In my earlier years I was self employed, running a small printing company, this meant that working long hours and on weekends was part of my normal routine. Over the years, I’ve been involved in several start up businesses including Club P.J. Promotions, Polltraxx Print, Great Asian Escapes, A&M Visual Branding Solutions, Manila Imports, Poll Security and Aussie Printhouse, and although I've had a few failures along the way, I've had a couple of successes too. Being an entrepreneur at heart, I’m always looking for a challenge and I’m not afraid of rolling up my sleeves and doing whatever is necessary to archive positive outcomes for my customers. My background includes handling logistics, enhancing consumer response strategies, addressing consumer complaints and issues, and coordinating the functionality of customer services to drive productivity and institutional growth. My concerted efforts have been heavily directed towards improving customer services, customer satisfaction, and improving the revenue for my company. I am a fast learner and adapt quickly to changing environments and the pressure that comes with it. I always try to bring the best of my skills to ensure that my company succeeds in delivering its mandate to its clients and customers. In my (admittedly limited) free time, you will find me either on a boat somewhere in Sydney Harbour, jet setting around Asia or bashing away at my drum kit, I've been a keen drummer since I was 6 years old, I enjoy creating my own versions of drum covers to pop and rock music.
