I am the co-founder of Aston Chase who are widely recognised to be one of the leading independent residential estate agencies operating in London. The business was established in 1985 and the agency is renowned for handling some of the most coveted properties in prime central and North West London. I always endeavour to approach each transaction with utmost discretion and professionalism and I pride myself on exceeding clients expectations. This consistency in delivering an outstanding highly personalised service has earned me recognition from both within the industry, the property press and industry-leading authorities such as Spear's 500. Over the years, I have had the privilege to build lasting relationships with numerous high-net-worth individuals and leaders in both the business and entertainment sectors. My marketing skills, experience and extensive database in particular, are amongst my strengths but above all, I am very fortunate to have a hard-working and dedicated team at Aston Chase which is undoubtedly the foundation of our success. Parallel to my career, I strongly believe in 'giving back' and have been fundraising for Norwood, a charity very close to my heart, for some 30 years. I have served as a Trustee, Chair of Fundraising and I have co-chaired The Norwood Property Lunch for the past 15 years. Additionally, my love of cycling has led me to participate in fundraising challenges globally for both Norwood and Langdon charities. I believe that my philanthropic pursuits not only make a difference in the community but have also given me a unique perspective and influence in my professional life. Away from the professional sphere, I have been married to my wife Lynne for 33 years and have 2 daughters and a son. I am a long-suffering Tottenham Hotspur fan and enjoy playing both backgammon and poker. My adventurous spirit sees me travelling the world, exploring new destinations and immersing myself in different cultures. I am committed to continuing to use my expertise in the property market in order to provide my clients with an exemplary service and in the process, to achieve their objectives in a professional and strategic fashion.
