Key Achievements include- Led the successful bid, negotiation, financing and initial stages of delivery (including the STARS public health facility) for the Herston Quarter health and wellbeing precinct in Brisbane (end value ~$1.5 billion)- Strategic diversification leading to sustainable long term growth (EBITDA, Funds under management and capability) and scale for Australian Unity Real Estate Investment, and - Implementation of major projects, revised operating models and improved systems to successfully support growth in an efficient manner.
