Our team possesses a diverse range of experiences, skills, knowledge and understanding of how teamwork and behaviour change can directly affect performance. As an Event Director and Lead Facilitator at BeChallenged, it is my role to coordinate with the client and organise the operations side of the event. On the Operations team we plan and run the events and ensure that we maximise the outcomes for the client. We work closely with many venues, suppliers and our freelance facilitators to ensure that all events run smoothly.
