I have worked for the same Ambulance Service for over 25 years. For the past 21 years I have worked front line in the Milton Keynes area. During the Covid pandemic I started struggling with my own mental health. After some research, I identified with having Occupational Burnout. I sought help through my Ambulance Trust which really started my journey to recovery. But I also started seeing a life coach. They made such an amazing difference not only in my work life, but also my personal life. The difference was so remarkable, I enrolled in a coaching course myself studying coaching principles, NLP and Hypnosis. While still working front line, I promote well-being among staff and have started presenting training sessions on Compassion Fatigue and Occupational Burnout IHCD Ambulance Technician Transformative Coach Practitioner Mental Health first aid and Advocacy Introduction to psychology
