ABOUT ME: Mark is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary (Fellow) with over 25 years’ experience in public company and professional environments; including 9 years as general manager and company secretary with a former ASX 200 entity. With financial reporting expertise, proven relationship management capabilities and extensive board and board committee experience, Mark assists a range of clients to improve their financial reporting, financial management and governance capabilities. After holding a number of senior management roles with Timbercorp, Australian Unity and Deloitte, Mark set up Baudin Consulting in 2010 and since, has provided pragmatic financial, governance and regulatory solutions to a diverse client base.
