As a migrant who came to Australia in 2003, I became aware of the struggles of new migrants wanting to find work but finding it difficult because they lacked local experience. As a supply chain professional who had 13 years experience in the industry, I saw first hand how businesses whether big or small struggle to find the right people to fit in the business. And as someone who grew up with a parent who started their business from scratch, I am very familiar with the constant grind of setting up your business and the costs associated with growth. So when I set out to form my own business, I knew that I wanted to do more. especially in addressing those three things that played an influential part in my life. And so in forming Three Peaks International, this exactly what I partnered with businesses to do. At Three Peaks International, we provide innovative staffing solutions to businesses so that they can continue growing their business. Whether its finding the right person locally to work in your office, or recruiting from overseas and letting us handle the entire visa process or whether the business wants to outsource a role or outsource an entire business process to an overseas team, Three Peaks International has the capability and the experience to do so. Sounds great right? But what value is there in engaging someone like me? When I started in business, I was told that there were 2 things that business owners struggle with to grow their business, namely, 1) Cash - to keep the business functioning and 2) People - finding the right TALENT to work in the business. I still believe this but I also believe there is a third area business owners struggle with. and that's TIME. And that's essentially how I help business owners. I provide solutions to business owners that 1) help them scale up their business without incurring a huge COST 2) I'm able to connect their business with the right TALENT through our TPI Success Program, and 3) I help them realise the value of their TIME by managing the arduous and complicated for them so they can then FOCUS on what they're GOOD at.
