You know how healthcare facilities are always looking for ways to control cost and still provide high quality health care? I solve this by being able to network with other healthcare providers in the area to maximize the strengths of each company. I do this by approaching health care for our community as a team effort, no one entity can do it alone. Because of this technique I have also been able to raise funds to help with the financial cost of providing quality health care to all. A seasoned health care executive with 20 years of leadership experience in public health. Currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health Administration at the University of Delaware. My deep passion is in public health with a commitment to clinical excellence and operational best practice in the delivery of quality health care services. Worked with local hospitals leading cross-collaborative efforts for ER Diversion and care coordination to improve patient outcomes and drive cost savings. I possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to forge strategic partnerships that have been successful in raising operational and capital funds. As Director my responsibilities included: developing and implementing a the strategic plan, spokesperson for the center, promote and maintain positive relationship with internal and external partners in the community, recruit and hire both administrative and clinical staff, oversight of manage care organizations and third party payers, management of the 340B drug discount program. implementing a certified electronic medical record (EMR) system, a electronic dental records (EDR), participate and receive funds for meaningful use, responsible for all grant writing and maintaining the compliance of these Federal and State grants.
