What do over 30 years of mortgage experience, 25 years of teaching real estate math, and 40 years of magic experience get you? Mark Randolph! As a CMP (Certified Mortgage Planner), I specialize in residential mortgage financing, ranging from first time homebuyers to the multi million dollar home. The important part of mortgage financing goes beyond the loan, it is the professional guidance the client deserves. Often this is the biggest financial investment and has to be viewed that way to properly and professionally guide the client. I'm not here to "slap" a transaction together but to best guide and prepare customers. My passion and knowledge gives me a adantage over other offering mortgage financing.Another advantage is being an Instructor for The State of Delaware teaching real estate math for prospective real estate agent, and continuing education for agents. There is a differnce between knowing you profession and understanding your profession. If you are able to teach a subject, you get a much deeper understanding which allows me to use this knowledge to guidance clients. And yes, I do magic and magic shows.
