Mont-Eltham Drafting As director of Mont-Eltham Drafting since 2004, and having 20 years overall experience in the building, design and architectural industries I have developed excellent knowledge of building design, form and regulations. During the past 10 years I have been responsible for the architectural design and documentation for all size projects from small residential and commercial renovations / extensions and new homes to more recent larger projects including residential apartments and multi storey commercial developments. I have gained excellent knowledge of the town planning process and have developed skills which allow me to negotiate good outcomes with council planning and building departments. With my own experiences and the knowledge I have acquired from others, both in and outside the industry, I am able to provide my clients excellent advice on all aspects of their design / building projects from master planning right through to completion of documentation and obtaining both town planning and building permits. CARMdata My experience of running medium and small sized offices has lead me to develop a cloud based software system that allows you to have control over your workflow inside and out of your office. As well as having access to all job details wherever you are you can instantly access the job time sheets and quotes, check deadlines and work load on each employee as well as much more. The software has been designed and developed with the use of experienced programmers to ensure a totally professional package.
