About Mark Rechner

Experienced senior executive with 25 years building businesses, and managing teams in the financial markets. As an executive in businesses based throughout Asia, I have sat on a number of Company Boards as a Director, including companies based in Malaysia and Sydney. Results driven loyal team player. Energetic and punctual. Good track record on change management, I achieved successful completion on a number of regulatory driven programs in recent years at BNP Paribas. I joined BNP in 2015 to manage the relationship of the 4th largest account globally for the securities services business, finishing at BNP in late 2019. At JPMorgan I commenced in 2007 to Head Australia and New Zealand F&O Business then taking on added responsibility for F&O and OTC Clearing Sales as co-head of Asia-Pac responsible for the Bank, Asset Manager, Asset Owner and Alternates client sectors. Prior to JPMorgan I had 14 years at Deutsche Bank, seven of those based in Singapore running e-commerce sales "Autobahn" for FX, Fixed income and F&O as Head of AsiaPac. Included in my community work, from 2011 to 2015 I sat on the Lindfield Junior Rugby Club Committee responsible for running and developing the club and its facilities.
