About Mark Redding

I served as a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. As an operations chief at Marine expeditionary unit level, I have committed to countless hours of training work ups which include simulated EXCON, white/red cell familiarization and operational planning. As Chief Instructor at EWTGLANT, my skills were critical in incorporating into the CSG-4 advise, assist, and evaluate process for the Navy/Marine teams preparing for deployment. My experiences further encompassed time creating the instructor development course at the school house which recently gained approval for implementation from the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command. This course focuses on 21st century adult learning facilitation methods compliant with the USMC Commandants guidance for future learning environments. Changing careers after 26 years of military is certainly daunting, but I am enjoying my transition from military to this new chapter! I am ready to learn, excited to reach team goals and motivated to excel in this next great career field! I am currently working as a contractor with SAIC where I can bring my Marine infantry experience to modeling and sim efforts for training exercises on the East coast.
