Award winning Therapist, Advocate and Consultant Happily married & father of one beautiful young lady. With over 2 Decades in the Public and Voluntary Sectors. Professional/Voluntary Experience: Mental Health Awareness Advocate, Therapy, Victims of Abuse, Organisational Development and Change, Conflict and Resolution, Forecasting, People Management, Special Education, Diversity and Inclusion, Sports Psychology, Family adoption and Group Therapy. I have a proven record of successful work within both the public and private services. Areas of Interest: Work related mental health, False Allegations, Equality, Bullying. I am fascinated by the future challenges society will face due to our actions and lifestyle now. Social media/mental health and resilience. I am also interested in the impact on society by the rise of the Far-Right agenda, Cults, Criminality and Extremism/Terrorism. Who have I worked with: Politicians, Gardai of all ranks, Civil and Public Sector Workers at all levels, Young Offenders, The Homeless, Actors, Sports Professionals, Principals, Teachers, Nurses, Legal Professionals, Army, Public, Managers, Company Owners, PSNI, US/European Police Services, Men's Health Charity, Families, Prision Staff. Since 2001 working alone, I have voluntarily worked with advocated on behalf of Garda for appropriate Mental Health and supports. Earning two separate awards from AGS for Loyalty, Service and Commitment. I am one of a handful of civilians to be awarded a bronze Garda statue for Loyalty and Service to Members of An Garda Siochana, normally presented to long serving Gardai. I have highlighted areas of serious concern before they happen, my recommendations continue to stand the test of time, research and are supported independently by several leading professionals from around the world. I won Fingal Person of the Year for my voluntary work & advocacy on behalf of Gardai & others in need since 2001. I am the only person to do this work in Ireland all voluntarily. I have created privately owned website Groups and online forums designed to support people, develop network supports, friendships and to help disseminate information on mental health and welfare, for over two decades.
