Currently the Chief Engineer for the Undersea Dept. at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division. Systems under cognizance of the department include many training devices supporting the operation and maintenance of the Navy's submarine force, and the Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS) 3D, a common platform for developing training simulations for the Navy and other DoD services. Within the MRTS 3D program I've been the lead systems engineer for numerous contracting efforts to provide MRTS 3D conformant training solutions to numerous sponsors, many of which are outside the Undersea arena. I've had a long career at NAWCTSD from programmer to lead system developer/integrator on numerous training systems developed in-house and through contracting efforts.
