As a Trademark Paralegal at ArentFox Schiff, I manage a large and expanding global Trademark Portfolio. I prepare and file U.S Trademark applications and I keep track of pending deadlines and ensure timely filings of Responses to Office Actions, Renewals, etc. Because of the fast-paced nature of an expanding Trademark role, I keep track of foreign invoice processing and external counsel emails to ensure timely filings in countries outside of the U.S. Most of all, I am always humble and am always willing to learn. Whether it is learning on the job, or learning through constructive criticism, I am always ready to gain more experience and grow within my role. I jump at opportunities to expand my knowledge and I know when to escalate questions when I am out of my depth.
