About Mark Relihan

I like to enjoy what I do as well as maintaining a good work ethic. I'm punctual, organised and very reliable. My previous work experience involved working on my own and with people, making decisions and solving problems; I also enjoy new challenges and I have the ability to work in many different environments, including working under pressure to meet deadlines, targets and set quotas under time restraints. My course has afforded me a strong and broad grounding across the vast spectrum of the financial world. Completing it has made me knowledgeable in many different areas and subjects which would make me a very useful and suitable asset for all areas of financial work throughout the industry. My course had Economic, Political & Law disciplines, with a focus in the final 2 years on Accounting. The last year also saw me learn to a very high standard and capability the importance of the disciplines of Corporate Governance and Business Ethics. I completed my final year in May 2014 and received an honours degree. I am more than willing to enter into any further education or training courses outside of work to make me a more well equipped and valuable member of the team. I also did many presentations and public speaking in front of my class and lecturers which I feel is a useful skill and experience of note worthiness. I am currently studying towards becoming a fully qualified accountant. I have four exams left to sit with ACCA before i become fully qualified. I am a proven performer across a wide variety of disciplines including educational and sporting activities. I am a passionate problem solver with the skill-set to adapt to challenges and act accordingly, with an approachable personality and excellent communication skills. I am a bright, highly numerate individual who can offer you excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as a great eye for detail, all of which should make me an ideal candidate for any position.
