As a Senior Solutions Architect at Bank of America, I leverage my expertise in AML, PCI, HIPAA, and payment operations to build and enhance the bank's proprietary merchant services platform capabilities. With over 3 years of experience in this role, I have successfully led a team of Lead Architects in improving the technology impact assessment process, resulting in 50% improvement in initial solution designs and estimates. Prior to joining Bank of America, I was the Founder and CEO of Acryness, Inc, where I transitioned to a strategic role, recruiting and nurturing a management team focused on expansion, M&A, and maximizing the utilization of in-house software technology. I also directed the due diligence process for acquiring a Payment Facilitator book of business and created financial models focused on Payment Facilitation within a consumer-based processing fee environment. Additionally, I held the position of Vice President, Payment Services & General Manager at SmartBill Ltd, where I initiated SmartBill's entry into Payment Services and delivered subject matter expertise to launch SmartBill's Legacy application's first integrated payment solution. I hold a BA in Economics from Muskingum University.
