About Mark Riah

As a Special Operations Firefighter and Hazmat/WMD Technician with Montgomery County Fire & Rescue, I operate at the intersection of pressure, precision, and public safety. My background includes clinical trauma care, hazardous materials mitigation, incident command support, and interagency coordination—most notably as a Hazmat asset to the former Vice President’s protective detail. I’m nationally certified through the NREMT and a recipient of the Clinician Award for Life-Saving Efforts, a reflection of my performance under extreme, high-stakes conditions. Beyond the field, I’ve transitioned into systems design, cybersecurity, and human-AI integration. I’m currently completing advanced cybersecurity coursework at Stanford University, focused on threat analysis, cryptographic structures, and digital asset defense. Most recently, I authored the Intelligence Yield Protocol (IYP)—a framework for scoring and rewarding high-value human input in AI systems. It’s engineered to quantify cognitive contribution and return yield to the source: the human mind. This work is housed under Tenebris Core, the sovereign holding architecture, and deployed through NexumStack, our active user interface. I specialize in seeing patterns others miss—whether in a collapsing structure or a flawed system. My focus now is on building frameworks that are resilient, adaptive, and designed to perform under pressure—just like the people who will rely on them.
