My passion for driving business improvement—focusing on operational and process excellence—has fueled my impact within the financial services industry. As an Advisory Partner and Banking Industry Lead with KPMG, I collaborated with lead partners and account teams to expand engagement with the firm’s top banking clients. By aligning strategies with client needs, my team successfully transformed product and service delivery, leveraging expertise in digital, data, technology, platforms, cloud, cyber, and risk/compliance. Earlier in my career, I spent 17 years at Bank of America, holding various leadership roles. As the bank’s first Executive to earn Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I played a pivotal role in establishing Bank of America as a globally recognized, process-driven organization. This transformative period not only sharpened my skills but also underscored the power of structured continuous improvement. I deeply believe exceptional leaders are, at their core, unwavering and compassionate coaches. I am dedicated to helping others succeed, identifying their strengths, and empowering them to achieve new growth thresholds. This passion extended across my career, including my active work as a coach and Roundtable Facilitator with the Halftime Institute and as an Executive Advisor with MyNextSeason, where I help seasoned professionals align with new opportunities and meaningful pursuits.
