I’m an experienced Executive leader with strong leadership skills, a commercial mind-set and data driven focus. My primary background is within Finance and Investment, but my current role as Operation Director has expanded my skillset and added more dimensions to my competences. I lead and transform organisations by focusing on professionalising and optimising areas and challenging the current status quo in a positive and constructive manner. With my positive and collaborative approach, I’m good at establishing trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
