About Mark Roberts

Having recently returned to the financial services industry as a Managing Director at Blueshirt Capital advisors, I am excited about the prospect of blending my operating experience (Springboard) and my financial background to help superlative companies successfully navigate all aspects of the capital markets. While at Springboard Biodiesel, I worked with a motivated and visionary team to try and grow a distributed, low-carbon fuel production network. Over the past 8 years, Springboard has built and sold over small scale biodiesel processors, which in aggregate represent over 8MM gallons of installed annual biodiesel production capacity, which in turn reduces CO2 emissions by over 150MM lbs annually and saves our customers over $12MM in fuel prices! Prior to Springboard Biodiesel, I worked as a technology investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Robertson Stephens, Bear Stearns and Thomas Weisel Partners (TWPG). During that time, I worked with a great number of US and international high growth technology companies, helping them to raise private and public capital and evaluate and execute strategic mergers and acquisitions.
