About Mark Robilliard

Over the years we've bought and sold a number of properties, some of which were in community title schemes and some of which we rented. We've also rented residential and commercial properties. Our experience with the various body corporate managers we encountered was mostly disappointing, and quite underwhelming. Excessive levies, poor corporate governance, ineffective communication, taking sides, laziness and self-interest were some of the behaviours we experienced. ​We always thought,"One day, we could do this better." and here we are. Our founders are both Chartered Accountants (Fellows) and both have had significant business and audit compliance experience with small, medium and major clients, including the operation of trust accounts and 'agency/consulting' style businesses. They very much understand the concept of corporate governance and how operational transparency at all levels is vital.
