About Mark Rodriguez

I’m a Plumbing Technician with over 2 years of experience, primarily working in residential plumbing and some commercial. I’ve gained hands-on experience with tasks like installing water heaters, repiping, and troubleshooting plumbing systems in homes. I’m comfortable with tasks such as soldering, black pipe cutting, and ensuring all work meets safety codes and standards. Clear and honest communication is a priority for me. I take the time to explain plumbing issues to customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring they understand the work that needs to be done. Building trust through transparency is key to me, so customers can feel confident in the service provided. If I notice any opportunities for upgrades, like suggesting a tankless water heater, I’ll bring it up to help the customer save in the long run or prevent future issues. I’m committed to providing reliable service, whether it's routine repairs or thoughtful suggestions that enhance the customer's satisfaction. I’m currently seeking new opportunities in plumbing or maintenance tech, plumbing supply sales and/or customer service. If you’re looking for someone dependable and customer-focused, I’d be happy to connect.
