About Mark Rossi

Mark is an EY Partner and Senior Vice President in the Strategy and Transactions practice. With over two decades of experience in the financial sector, Mark has a proven track record of delivering tailored and innovative solutions to his clients across various industries. Throughout his career, Mark has been involved in numerous transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, expansions, dividend recaps, leveraged transactions, Private Equity sponsored transactions, and large syndicated deals. Prior to joining EY, Mark was a Partner at RCGT where he lead the Corporate Finance | Mergers & Acquisitions practice as well as the Private Equity and Sponsor Coverage initiative. Prior to that he was the Managing Director & Regional Market Leader of the Private Equity & Sponsor Coverage group for Bank of Montreal’s Corporate Finance Division, where he was responsible for overseeing a $2 billion debt portfolio and Mark also spent ten years at the National Bank of Canada where he held several roles including Associate Vice-President, Commercial Banking. In addition, he also spent three years with TD Bank’s retail banking operations and three years as an entrepreneur. Mark has an extensive network both in Canada and in the US. His involvement in several complex transactions and access to Banks, Private Equity Funds, Labor Sponsored Funds and Family Offices allows his clients access to the best of bank financing, debt capital markets, M&A, sub-debt, equity and other more complex investment structures. Mark is known for building solid relationships with his clients and has built a strong reputation in the industry given his work ethic, integrity and persistence.
