About Mark Roy

I am an aspiring engineering leader with a long background in equipment design and manufacturing for alternative fuels such as compressed natural gas and hydrogen. I collaborate with multiple teams to design, build and operate equipment and stations throughout North America. I excel at communicating with diverse stakeholders including customers, business development, manufacturing, contractors, operations/service, authorities having jurisdiction, and third-party test laboratories. I lead my team to find and develop innovative data-driven solutions and seek to empower and grow our effectiveness and abilities through coaching and mentorship. I am committed to life-long learning and personal growth and have completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and have recently finished the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Manitoba. My life-long purpose is to be able to share my experience and knowledge, continuously learn about new technologies and apply these skills to solve big problems for the betterment of humanity. I recognize that a team can accomplish far more than any individual, and so I am working to become a better leader which will allow me to leverage my abilities to have the greatest possible impact.
