About Mark Rubino

Seasoned executive retired after a 30+ year career in acoustics and business operations focusing on noise / sound control and acoustical treatments for industrial, OEM, architectural and commercial markets and applications. My areas of technical knowledge include acoustical problem analysis and solution design with an extensive background in engineering design, manufacture, sale and distribution of products and system solutions. Positions in mechanical engineering, field installation and direct sales as well as middle and executive management responsibilities have helped me develop a comprehensive expertise and overview of this field. As owner and CEO of a design & manufacturing company of engineered solutions for 16 years, I had executive level responsibility for overall company operations with leadership roles in engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and finance. All roads led to outstanding customer service and revenue / profit growth. As Division President after acquisition by a private equity group, I took part in successful rapid growth strategies and tactics developing an understanding of, and strategies for creating value for investors.
