After leaving the United States Army I went on to earn an Information Systems degree, a Master’s in IT, and a MBA from UNC at Charlotte; all Magna Cum Laude. I have followed my passion to improve the experience, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and make dreams happen. I have worked closely with Advisors, Small Business Owners, Technology, Talent Management, Leadership, Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Distribution to design solutions that exceed expectations. At TIAA I co-founded and also served as the National Chair for the Young Professionals Business Resource Group. At LPL I founded and built an Org focused on driving engagement.
