Mark S. Ramey is an AV Preeminent rated attorney through Martindale Hubbell and a Partner with Ramey & Kampf, P.A. since 1998. Mark’s practice areas include Insurance Defense Litigation, Arbitration, Catastrophic Loss, Wrongful Death Claims, and Minor Settlements & Guardianship cases. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University, College of Law. Immediately following his admission with The Florida Bar, his tenure with the Office of the State Attorney afforded him the opportunity to prosecute thousands of cases in addition to taking hundreds of cases to trial. It was this experience that paved the way for him to be in a thriving insurance defense firm today. While he is well versed in client interaction, he especially enjoys having a “hands on” approach to compiling information necessary to prepare or respond to pleadings & discovery.
