As a U.S. Army Ranger School graduate and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I bring a disciplined, results-focused approach to solving operational challenges and scaling performance. I've led cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure settings—whether launching new systems, improving throughput at high-volume delivery stations, or restoring fleet capacity for drone logistics. I build structure where it’s lacking, drive clarity around execution, and close performance gaps through data, accountability, and process improvement.
