Prior to joining Atkins, I worked as an architect and interior designer Saudi Arabia. My experience as an architect include university building design, residential design and space planning for palaces. As an interior designer, I was given the chance to design interior spaces for palaces, a hotel room, and a classroom. Site inspection and quality assurance of the workmanship was also a vital role that I performed during my stay in Saudi. Currently working as an Architect for Atkins Transportation and Infrastructure Division, I am a member of the design team working on the Doha metro. This is a marquee project for the State of Doha boasting major innovations in design and sustainability. Upon completion by 2019, the metro project will serve as a major infrastructure not only for the 2022 World Cup but also for Qatar's national vision.
