I hold certifications in Comptia A+, Comptia Network+, MCPs (Windows NT, XP, Server 2003), and MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician). Experience with migrating systems to Windows 7 (Pro & Enterprise), and deploying OS's and applications using Microsoft SCCM (System Center Control Manager) and Ghost 8. Also experience administering Lotus Notes 7.02, Lotus Domino, Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2008, Connectwise, Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.0. Cisco Call Manager, and Cisco Unity Voicemail. Prior to entering the IT feld, I worked in Manufacturing operations, including Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift Supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor where I was responsible for developing and maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality System for Mead Containerboard.
