I have worked 33 years for a nationwide personal lines direct insurance carrier. During my time there, I served several roles all the way from my start when I was responsible for cold calling our insurance products to my most recent work as a project manager for some of the most key initiatives at the company. The times between these two roles, I also:*Serviced tens of thousands of customer service inquiries as a customer service agent *Trained nearly 200 new hire customer service agents as the national customer service trainer role *Maintained compliance for 12 of our states as a compliance specialist for over 6 years *While serving as the lead business systems analyst, led the IT team that deployed auto, home and umbrella products in MT, VT, NH, KY, NJ, MA.*Led a team of 5 contractors responsible for regression testing monthly releases as well as instituting quality checks as a participant of the change advisory board.*Was responsible for auditing and reporting required by Sarbanes Oxley Act *Trained and led problem-solving workshops for nearly 800 employees while serving as a Sr Lean Deployment Specialist I am looking forward to continuing my career in the industry and supporting initiatives that make insurance better for policyholders.
