My career has been focused on leading and growing teams in a fast past sales oriented customer focused environment. Throughout my career I have led people through industry wide changes, growth in the building of a brand and culture, and deploying new systems and technologies. The people I work with receive consistent constructive feedback, feel appreciated and receive credit for a job well done when my expectations are not only met but exceeded. I believe in leading by example and inspiring others by reflecting on my own accomplishments, maintaining strong operational standards, and creating a culture of pride. Beyond the people I am very focused on the representation of my company and its brand. I believe that a brand is only as good as the people supporting it and should be represented with integrity at all times. Working for a national company has given me exposure to the depth and reach that a recognizable brand has and how important it is to properly represent that brand. My career will always provide me with a challenge and pride for delivering on results while meeting personal and professional goals.
