In my board positions at ASMI (Australian Self Medication Industry) I have played an active role in building awareness of the importance of self-care. A healthy life is something I believe we should all strive to achieve for our personal wellness. This is more than a professional focus, it’s a personal belief. For me, being a dad keeps me active and involved with community activities. I am also an avid cyclist and passionate rugby supporter and coach.
