Diverse proven management, technical experience and an aerospace and computer background are what I offer any potential employer. I currently hold an up to date Government Top Secret + Security Clearance and have worked as a program manager and technical manager in multiple sectors, including the academic, computer, civilian and military aerospace sectors. My experience, working with, managing, mentoring and leading people, includes Graduate Education (MBA with an emphasis in Technology Management and Systems Engineering), Private Industry (Engineering Manager, Project/Program Manager, Systems Engineer and Computer Consultant), Wyoming Air National Guard (Mission Commander and Director of Operations in real world combat flying squadrons, MAFFS) and the Active Duty United States Air Force (Flight Commander). I am a technically oriented manager that has developed and implemented the program planning, monetary and human resource allocation, process design, technical solutions and product support for multiple software projects. I transformed a troubled $5M+ dollar project, with a difficult client, into a success. Currently, as a Senior Systems Crew Leader, my engineering team and I conduct technical execution of daily operations of systems. I administer performance reviews, direct training and mentor our crew as the technical expert for our system. I have transformed a troubled crew into the best crew in only 3 months.
