As VP Global Customer Retention at CWT I thrive on seeing our Client Management teams successfully retain their customers. Working in a virtual environment with Client Executives globally can have its challenges. Therefore, I encourage self-motivation, collaboration and communication to create an open and honest environment, where everyone has the chance to contribute to the goal of retaining our clients and the overall success of our business. A key element for building a successful retention strategy is to focus on identifying the real relationship status with our key clients. A successful client retention needs a specialist that can listen to the customer ambitions, heed the advice of the client management team and translate this ambition into action. With over 30 years working in the business travel industry, I am very analytical about taking an ambition and formulating a strategy for successfully achieving the customer’s goals. Creating a cohesive team of CWT expert and decision makers is an integrated element in the re-win process. In the role of Head of Global Retention I leverage my broad sales expertise and critical thinking skills to provide value to our internal team and ultimately to our customers. My goal is to proof that customized retention proposals for our customers allow for continuous and increase value of the services CWT provides.
