I am an EMCC Accredited Coach with a passion for helping young professionals advance to the next level in their career. Having spent over 12 years working in the top tiers of Irish professional services as a consultant, I know the pressures faced by young professionals and nothing gives me greater joy than helping people realise their potential and overcome the challenges before them. I am also a Neurodiversity advocate and consultant and my passion for neurodiversity stems from my autism diagnosis in 2021. Since that time, I have immersed myself in the scientific literature and discourse on neurodiversity and have returned to higher education. I set up Braver Coaching & Consulting to help organisations become more neuro-inclusive through awareness and training as well as providing neuro-affirmative coaching to their people, whether they be neurotypical or neurodivergent.
