As Territorial Vice President with Prudential Advisors, I am responsible for the successful implementation of the sales, marketing operational and control strategies of the Southern Territory of Prudential's domestic organization of financial professionals. My focus is on identifying, selecting and developing the talent and leadership of the local Prudential teams in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and working with them to achieve recruiting, retention, sales, market share, financial and productivity targets. I am interested in networking with other like-minded business professionals in the communities in which I serve as well as individuals who may be interested in pursuing sales management and field leadership career opportunities with our organization.
