I work at Raison Home UK, a specialist in interior design projects and custom solutions for homes and spaces. My role is to help ambitious KBB professionals break free of the showroom and start their own at home KBB franchise. I train, mentor, and support them throughout their journey, from the initial six-week intensive training course to the ongoing development and growth of their business. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and skill levels, who share a passion for working with people, interior design, and entrepreneurship. I have also been involved in various roles and responsibilities, such as technical specification, estimation, operations, and store management.
