Background
About Mark Shropshire
With over three decades spearheading athletic performance enhancement, I have been pivotal in orchestrating comprehensive training programs, from conceptualization to execution. Partnering with sports medicine experts, we've established and achieved groundbreaking post-rehabilitation goals, enabling athletes to excel post-injury. As an Original Strength Master Instructor, I've honed a unique skill set in movement restoration. By applying neurodevelopmental movement principles I've helped to elevate my clients' physical, mental and emotional capabilities. At Lionel University, my focus as an Adjunct Professor extends to nurturing adult learners' understanding of anatomy and human performance. The classroom's success is mirrored by my business's achievements, where I've cultivated resilience and operational excellence for over twenty five years. As a part of the team at Lionel, I am dedicated to my students and the to enhancing the field of strength and conditioning, always with an eye on innovation and optimal results.
