Here to make it easy to do good research the public can trust. My interest is in contributing to better UK health research for patients and researchers. The HRA is an ideal place for me to use my experience. My substantive role is Approvals Specialist providing Research Governance and Ethical guidance to UK Research applications to the HRA. I provide technical, governance and approvals support NHS RECs and research applicants. I have run clinical trials and health RCTs in UK Biotech, CRO, University and NHS settings. I also worked for the NIHR in data management, and Research Governance from 2007-2013. I utilise this experience in my preferred field of Research Governance and Policy in the HRA. Most Saturdays and Sundays, you'll find me at parkrun either running or volunteering.
