An accomplished governance professional with over 20 years of experience strengthening and reimagining democracy through anti-corruption reform, citizen-centered governance, justice sector advancement, and institutional development. With an early background in legal practice, I have spent over two decades championing democracy and governance initiatives to drive positive change in diverse communities across Asia, the Pacific, and beyond. Marrying vast experience in project design with a proven ability to successfully navigate politically sensitive contexts in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, my expertise lies in crafting programs that thrive in transitional, fragile, and post-conflict states. Known for my adeptness in partnership building, I have nurtured robust partnerships with donors, government and civil society counterparts in all activities through strategic coordination and collaboration. As a mentor and trainer, I've empowered teams, facilitated conflict-sensitive training, and delivered transformative workshops in the analysis and design of conflict programs, media literacy and civic education to drive tangible change in civil society and communities. In recent years, I have embraced a pivotal role leading the design and execution of bilateral and regional programs, leveraging my extensive experience in program design, management, and successful project delivery.
