Not just for a season. For life. HISTORY Over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry with specific experience in enhancing recovery, breathwork and altitude training. BACKGROUND I have worked with athletes including NRLW, AFLW players, Australian free diving champions, world champion female boxers and vision impaired Olympic & Cricket athletes. EXPERTISE I am recognised and a highly regarded Human Performance Coach, Strength & Conditioning coach, breathwork practitioner and I specialise in altitude training. I optimises performance of professional athletes and weekend warriors to allow them to breathe, move and live at elite levels. For too long with exercising, the industry has been too focused on no pain, no gain. It is time to prioritise recovery and rejuvenation as an important way to ensure we can move well and pain free throughout our entire life.
