My team manage the training and development of the franchise colleagues, providing them with the skills and knowledge to operate the stores effectively and efficiently. I work closely with the franchisors, area managers, and store managers to identify and implement best practices, strategies, and solutions to improve the franchise operations and achieve the company's goals.
