As an accomplished and conscientious Head of Client Services & Programme Lead, I have gained a successful track record in global service and solution delivery. This includes a lengthy, progressive career with Wall Street Systems Corp.I have now transitioned these skills to working at the second oldest school in the United Kingdom. Initially my focus was on fundraising but I have now moved into the head of operations role, to use my skills in maintaining and developing the magnificent King’s School Rochester. Here we have an exciting programme of facilities development and continuous improvement of all our maintenance, catering, cleaning and grounds services, which benefits from a talented and skilled team.During my career, I have managed and coordinated global teams for end-to-end project management, including the implementation of new technology, applications and technical upgrades for a multitude of clients, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking organisations. With a service focused attitude, I am dedicated to exceeding client expectations using a solution-driven approach and dynamic management of projects to realise a return on investment. I have a sound understanding of the customer journey from pre-sales through to post solution delivery, and continually focus on service improvement and strategic solution development.I am dedicated to continued professional development and welcome any opportunity to reach maximum career potential, including further training, in addition to building a network of contacts via LinkedIn to share industry knowledge, insights and trends.
