Complex industrial and civil construction projects require competent leadership focused on collaboration and organization. As an experienced Foreman and Superintendent with a track record of diligence in safety, efficiency and cost controls, I have built a career around fostering coordinated, engaged team to deliver projects on time and under budget. Throughout my tenure, I have worked on diverse projects, from commercial and civil construction, to Oil and Gas and heavy industrial contexts. As a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with Interprovincial designation, I have a strong technical skills and background in project management, and have confidently led teams of 50+ in the safe completion of projects for clients including CNRL, the City of Kelowna, and BC Hydro. My attention to detail has ensured that teams remained engaged, compliant to regulatory standards, and focused on superior quality throughout project lifecycles. Having a broad background in a variety of contexts has given me the ability to work effectively with crews and contractors from diverse backgrounds, and I am able to foster trusting relationships with stakeholders of all levels. I have developed in-depth knowledge of industry protocols and technical practices, and thrive in opportunities to share that knowledge and foster growth in emerging trade professionals.
