About Mark Spangler

The majority of my time the last 6 months I’ve spent working my primary job as a regional airline flight attendant. I’m currently based in Philadelphia, having previously been based in Washington D.C. I value working in a major international hub, with a greater variety of flight destinations, helping to influence the expansion of my cultural awareness. My career goal includes working for a mainline airline, with a greater focus on flying to both Caribbean and European destination cities. With over seven years of experience in both specialty and retail pharmacy settings, I have continued working as a certified pharmacy technician at Walgreens. I work to deliver quality and accessible health care to our customers, through my proficiency in inventory management, customer service, and medication dispensing. While being a student in Pharmacy School, I obtained pharmacist intern licenses in four states: South Carolina, California, Hawaii, and Washington. I have studied at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (B.S. Biology), The Medical University of South Carolina School of Pharmacy, and most recently have graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from The Citadel, where I acquired valuable knowledge and insights on business operation, leadership, marketing and strategic management. I am passionate about pursuing a career in either Aviation or Healthcare operational management, where I can leverage my education and experience to improve outcomes in safety and increase patient/passenger satisfaction.
