I have a diverse and multi-faceted work history in property & casualty insurance leading call center process teams, field claim teams, and litigation specialty teams. Effective leaders attract, select, develop, and foster high performing teams. I have a well established track record of building such teams and/ or turning around under-achieving teams. Presently, I have elected to step out of the formal corporate leadership role to focus on a higher calling. We lost our teenage son to suicide in 2018 and launched a non-profit in his name called BradensVoice to advocate and bring awareness through our experiences to help youth, families, and communities dealing with this difficult issue today.
